We won't know until a bit later if the 1st will return to CB or not. Even Hodge's wording in his article this morning hints that he knows more is on the way.

If Vincent had confirmed it, he would get a call from the league and possibly a fine.

After reading the 2 articles, my money is on Brannon coming here at the draft. The teams can't say anything but they probably told the reporter about it off the record. To me it doesn't drastically alter the deal, but helps more in 07-08 and 08-09 vs a rookie.

It’s believed the first-round pick will be returned to Cape Breton at the upcoming QMJHL draft for 17-year-old right-winger Scott Brannon. Vincent shot down the suggestion there was more to the deal, saying "No, that’s what it is," but an informed source close to the situation said Brannon will, in fact, become Moncton property in June. Brannon was the team’s first-round pick in 2005 (sixth overall) and is emerging as a dangerous power forward. Vincent can't confirm it because he'd get fined by the Q.

1 guy i am glad we never traded was Matt Marquardt. The first game of the season i told a couple of buddies in my section he would score 40 goals this year with an outside shot at 50 and they pretty much laughed me out of the building. Well those guys are little surprise at how well of a season he is having. I predict he will score 40 not to sure on 50 though. Just wanted to give him a little credit for having one fine season and was not anticipated by most this year ;D

He's improved a lot since last year, but I think he is a guy that's a late bloomer and can still improve his game playing in the Q at 20 compared to a guy like Carle who's been here 4 years and needs to move up.
