Neil Hodge finally did an article for the wildcats players taken in the WHA draft.
We can see from that, that Bernier is not that much interested in the WHA. He will do what San Jose wants him to do.
Crawford is trying to sign a deal so he can play in the american league, hewould prefer go pro this year, so i guess theres less chance hes coming back in Moncton. He didnt even know he was picked by Quebec in the WHA
as said before Pineault will do as the Columbus organization wants him to do. The GM already said it would be best for him to play in Moncton for 2 season... so why didnt they announce that officialy?
No mentions of Karsums, not like he wants to go anywhere this year anyways.

Here's a sample of Hodge's article today ... "Five players who have a Moncton QMJHL connection were claimed in the WHA amateur draft on Sunday. Wildcats goaltender Corey Crawford joined Bernier on the list of Quebec's draft picks. ... Centres Karl Gagne and Chrisoper Bourque were both claimed in the seventh round by the yet-to-be-named founders franchise. Right winger Adam Pineault was a 13th round pick of Dallas." I guess either Karsums doesn't count or Hodge doesn't know how to count!! ;D

Well .... if you remove Gagne (since hes not even part of the wildcats organization anymore) and add Karsums thats 5.
So i guess Hodge is lucky to get even with the numbers lol. ;D
