OMG...another undrafted goalie...very disappointing for the young fella. I thought for sure he'd get selected. Assuming he can handle being #1 this year, he'll still have plenty of opportunities IMO. How many players did Bathurst get drafted ? ... I can't recall.

How many players did Bathurst get drafted ? ... I can't recall. It's not about Bathurst and how many did anybody expect to get drafted?. Weren't we discussing Riopel? ....like I said...he'll still have opportunities if he can prove himself this year. I wasn't putting him down, I'm truly suprised he didn't get drafted because I beleive he should have edit: I hope the dissapointment of not being drafted doesn't ruin his confidence going into this season.

He didn't have a brutlal playoff, the team did in front of him. I didn't see any bad goals and a goalie shouldn't be expected to steal the game every night. He didn't even steal a period in the playoffs ... he was below average and played worse in the playoffs than he had all year. I don't know what you watched ... but if Moncton had just average goaltending they would have won that series in 6. All Riopel had to do was play better than Yetman ... but he couldn't. I seen every game here and in Halifax and I have no idea what your talking about. Yetman played above his average, the 3Ls line played great and after that Moncton played like they were physically scared of Halifax who didn't have to play too hard to win. Yes Riopel didn't win any game and didn't play to his normal level but he sure didn't lose the series for them.

Actually, not to be the bad guy here, but Yetman didn't have a solid playoffs....he actually sucked at times....Sniderman/Riopen were even worst. Edit: who was the goalie who let in the softy in OT?? was it Sniderman?

Maybe a bad rebound but it went right on to MacMillan (I think) stick and he had a wide open cage. Snidermann was to the right (bench side) and the puck came off to the penalty box side and he buried it. He did not have a chance on that goal. IMO

Yetman was as brutal as our guys.

after two overtime periods, everyone was exhausted. of course the goal looked bad. They always are at that point in a game.

That would have been a "look what I found" type save.

Either way if we had to lose I am happier that way than a wrister from the point off 10 skates and in.

It didn't matter anyway because either us or Halifax was going out in 4 against CB anyway. At least we finished ahead of Bathurst just like we always do.

Ugh, you just had to go and post that video... I was just starting to forget about that series.
PS, those of you who said our goaltending wasn't suspect, you must've been drinking. Yetman was slightly better than Sniderman and Riopel.
