Great 2nd period by the Wildcats! But there have been goals in bunches in this series so this is FAR from over yet. I have a feeling we're going to be hanging on for dear life in this 3rd period. We're going to need a MONSTER effort here in the 3rd. Keep it up boys...Go Cats Go!!!

Missing a two-on-one and then letting the Mooseheads come down and score. I sure hope this isn't a turning point in the game

The cats lack of ability to follow the game plan is just killing them again. What happened to the one forechecker and two forwards back? And where was the defence?

Sniderman played great. On the other side Yetman was terrible once again allowing 4 goals on 2 dangerous shots. ...pretty stellar clutch performance

From the looks of it Sniderman was very sharp in nets for the Cats. Kinda surprised he wasn't one of the stars. Also seemed like Emanuele played a good game. Welton .. well, not so much. Way to go boys! Bring it on home! Go Cats Go!

Also seemed like Emanuele played a good game. Except for getting danced around by Hillier on the Corsi goal. Sniderman was great. Gaudet was very good. Winner takes all on Tuesday night.

Now what? It's already been decided after the last game that Moncton was undersized, outclassed and outplayed by every team in the league since mid-season. They were being trampled by the 14th place team, had lousy goaltending, no heart, lousy PP, terrible PK, too many rookies.... yadda yadda yadda.....and here they are tied at 3-3 with the Mooseheads with a win in Halifax following a loss in Moncton. How is this possible? I guess all that crap can still be true if they really do poorly in game 7. Maybe it's a case of teams have lousy games.....from peewee to the NHL. There's no explanation, it just happens. I for one am looking forward to the next game and watching the Wildcats go on to round 2. I imagine the poison towards Moncton will really be geared up then. The bandwagon will be slowing down and giving those who want to a chance to jump back on.

YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
Sniderman came through with the big game that we so badly needed. I just had a feeling Christian Gaudet would not let his Q career end on another poor team effort. He came up with a huge game and was key to the Cats victory tonight. Winner takes all Tuesday night in Game 7, I hope we can get a big and loud crowd for the first 7th game at the Coliseum since 2000 vs. Quebec.

I remember that game quite vividly .. if it could be half as loud as that I would be happy! But yes, great game by Sniderman. We needed someone to step up and give us a chance to win and a big performance and he came through for us. And what else can you say about our captain?

I'm just glad we have another kick at the cat on Tuesday night (no pun intended)...If nothing else we'll see our 20 yr.olds one last time play at home (whether your a fan of Welton,A-Mac or Gaudet) and give them the praise they deserve...
I predict Cats 5-4 over the Moose.
