Hope theres a good turn out tonight BEAVERS OFFER $2 TICKETS TO HOCKEY FANS MONCTON, NB , October 31, 2006 - Recognizing there is a lot of good hockey for fans to watch in the Moncton area at the moment the Moncton Beavers are offering an extra special deal this week to hockey fans in the area. "This week is a great example as the Wildcats play two home games, les Aigles play three home games, the midget Flyers play at home, as well as the opening of the high school hockey season" Director of Hockey Operations Troy Dumville pointed out. As well the Beavers play a key home game against the second place Summerside Western Capitals Thursday night at 7pm at the Tim Horton's 4-Ice Centre. So, how does the hottest team in the MJAHL attract fans to their key divisional matchup? The Beavers are offering a $2 ticket to Moncton hockey fans who present a ticket stub from either Wednesday's Wildcats or Aigles Bleus games. "We know we are in a tough market place with all the quality hockey teams we have in Moncton" says Director of Hockey Operations Troy Dumville. " We want to show the fans of Moncton that we have a good product as well and that we are hoping that giving a discount ticket it will bring some of Moncton's great hockey fans back to the 4-Ice Centre." added Dumville. The Beavers, who are currently 14-4 in the Meek Division, take on a Summerside team who have won eight straight games and are currently 11-4 on the season.
