I don't know who can answer this but, I am wondering what the deal is with all the increased security in the coliseum in regards to player access. After the game, the ushers try to get you right out so they can go home. Don't let anybody stick around. They don't let you go down anymore to get any from the opposing team. They have security guards everywhere and the bus goes into the coliseum and you have no access to the players. Can't even wait outside because the door opens and the bus leaves right away. Not a lot of people wait for autographs except maybe when Patrick Roy comes to town. Especially whe nthe NHL was here. You could only get into the practises if you had a game ticket. The coliseum did give anybody else any access at all. After the PITTS. PHILLY game the buses were out side which was great but after the ISLE BRUINS game the buses went inside and nobody got access for an autograph. Me personally, I try to get as much as I can for my kids because an autograph puts a smile on their face but, when you can't even get to the players, it SUCKS. Maybe set up an area that you can at least see the players and if they want to come over and sign then great. If not well at least you had the chance. Most of these kids in the Q will not make it to the big leagues so having the oppor tunity to sign an autograph for a young kid would make them feel good. I know the Moncton boys are always willing to give autographs so why not give the opposing team the opportunity as well?
