And Bathurst is getting spanked in Gatineau ... 9-3 after 2 ... Gougeon was pulled and re-inserted.
In their defense ... it is their 3rd game in 3 days ... and early game today too doesn't help ... plus Mathieu Carle is out and Mathieu Labrie was ejected ... so they are running with no veterans on D.

Most important. Adam CLow has gotten his first ever point in the Q .

Hmmm.....awefully quiet after tonight's loss to Saint John......wonder if the mighty Wildcats are starting to fall?? First to PEI on Thursday, and now to Saint John. Moncton didn't look awefully impressive tonight.

Moncton is a .500 team at BEST.... Yes Cats have sum good young talent but it'll take a while to be succesfull....off to a 5-1 start prob got to their heads a little....

You guys should have kept Spencer because you guys are in big trouble when the game gets rough. Excellent game by the Sea Dogs tonight, the only bright spot for the Cats was Samson...looked like a one man team tonight.

Just got back from the game. My first time at Harbour Station, actually...and I must say, a nice place to watch a hockey game. Anyway, the first period was all special teams, SJ played better than we did even strength. I thought we outplayed them in the second and third and did a better job controlling the play. A much better effort than the PEI game, obviously, and a lot of nights might have gotten a win.
One thing that is bugging me a little is how much the veterans are playing. Gaudet-Samson-Marquart, along with Welton and MacDonald, must have played 30+ minutes each. They might have had a little more left in the tank at the end if the playing time was evened up a bit earlier. Tough to balance these things, I'm glad I'm not a coach....

Moncton didn't look awefully impressive tonight. Who said anything about the Wildcats being mighty? We got off to a good start and now we're coming back down to earth as any sensible fan expected. We looked like a young team that is having trouble getting things going right now...were you expecting something else?
