Here is a team by team breakdown of 20 year olds, which teams could look to move players or upgrade...
Acadie-Bathurst Titan
1-Mathieu Roy
2-Thomas Beauregard
3-Jonathan Duchesneau
4-Maxime Joyal
5-Alexandre Dulac-Lemelin
6-Dave Bouchard
7-Renaud DesAlliers
8-Pierre-Olivier Duperré
9-Ryan Seymour
10-Petr Pohl**
11-Kris MacDonald
They probably have the best group in the Q. Right now Roy Duchesneau and Beauregard are the top 3 guys, but Joyal in nets and Dulac(assuming the Habs don't sign him) on defense could be useful for overall stability. Beuregard or Roy could bring very good return from a contender. Dulac Pohl(if he was to return) Joyal Duchesneau could all be worth a 2nd or 3rd rounder on the market. DesAlliers and Bouchard could fetch a 4th or 5th rounder.
At this point MacDonald Seymour and Duperre are unlikely to be in the Q next year...or at best be moved for a 6th to 9th rounder.
Baie-Comeau Drakkar
1-Pierre-Cédrik Labrie
2-Philippe Brisebois
Labrie could stick as a 20 after a good year in the MJAHL and good playoffs. Look for them to add a couple of solid veterans, a defenseman and a forward for mid round picks.
Cape Breton Screaming Eagles
1-Jean-Claude Sawyer
2-Cam Fergus
3-Vincent Zaore-Vanie
4-Alexandre Blais
5-Philippe Bertrand
6-Paul-Alexander McIlveen
7-Darrell Simich
8-Vladimir Kubus
Fergus Blais Sawyer Zaore-Vanie are 4 solid options, Sawyer making the biggest impact. McIllveen Simich Bertrand could find spots elswhere for relatively low price. Kubus is unlikely to return.
Chicoutimi Saguenéens
1-David Desharnais
2-Julien Brouillette
3- Alexandre Vincent
4-Nicolas Lafontaine
5-Jean-Sébastien Adam
6-Marek Zagrapan
7-Gabriel Boies
8-Jean-Sébastien Côté
9-Ryan Lehr
10-Benoit Piché
11-Stanislav Lascek **
Desharnais Brouillette and Vincent will probably stay. Lafontaine could be traded for a 2nd or 3rd rounder. Adam will probably find a spot somwhere next year. Zagrapan and Lascek should be playing pro next year. Boies Cote Lehr Piche are unlikely to play in the Q this year.
Drummondville Voltigeurs
1-Frédérick St-Denis
2-Alexandre Demers
3-Maxime Aubut
4-Yanick Charron
5-Loïc Lacasse **
6- Olivier Legault **
St.Denis and Demers will be back, Lacasse is unlikely to go pro and is a candidate to be traded for a 3rd or 4th rounder. Aubut could be their 3rd 20'. Charron could stick elswhere. Legault is unlikely to be back.
Gatineau Olympiques
1-Martin Fréchette
2-Keven Petit
3-Maxime Rousseau
4-Olivier Laliberté
5-Michel Champagne
6-David Krejci **
Frechette Petit and Rousseau appear to be the frontrunners. Laliberte could be kept if they don't add a veteran goalie. Champagne is a long shot to play at 20. Krejci will play pro.
Halifax Mooseheads
1-Jérémy Duchesne
2-Luciano Lomanno
3-Jean-François Brault
4-Frédérik Cabana **
5-Kevin Cormier **
Duchesne Cabana and Cormier are all candidates to go pro. If that happens Halifax could trade for 1 or 2 20 year olds.
Lewiston Maineiacs
1-Mathieu Aubin
2-Maxime Mathieu
Neither should be back, Aubin should play pro after his big year and Mathieu is a low end 20 year old. Look for them to add 2 maybe 3 20 year olds.
Moncton Wildcats
1- Nathan Welton
2-Andrew MacDonald
3-Christian Gaudet
4- Maxime Bélanger
5-David MacDonald
6-Tim Spencer
7-Stéphane Goulet **
8-Martin Karsums **
9-Adam Pineault **
10-Keith Yandle **
Welton A.MacDonald D.MacDonald Gaudet Belanger should all be back or traded as part of the rebuilding process. I think Welton and Belanger are the most likely to be moved. Goulet is likely to go pro, or possibly VD if Bourdon makes the NHL. Spencer may find a taker somewhere in the league. Karsums Pineault and Yandle are definitely gone.
Québec Remparts
1-Brent Aubin
2-Simon Courcelles
3-Jordan LaVallée
4- Guillaume Veilleux
5-Nicolas Robillard
6-Yan Ouimet
7-Alexander Radulov **
Aubin and Courcelles are pretty much locks to return, Lavallee is 50-50 as he could sign pro. Veilleux and Robillard should play in the league somewhere. Ouimet is unlikely to play in the Q next year and Radulov is going pro for sure.
PEI Rocket
1-David Laliberté
2-Louis-Philippe Lachance
3-Brent MacSween
4-Greg O’Brien
Laliberte could still sign pro even with his recent back problems, odds are he comes back. Lachance is a pretty solid d-man. The other 2 are unlikely to play in the Q next year.
Rimouski Océanic
1-Michael Chiasson
2-Sébastien Aspirot
Chiasson will probably be back. Aspirot is unlikely to play in the Q next year. Look for them to add a couple of 20's, most likely a forward and d-man.
Rouyn-Noranda Huskies
1-Olivier Magnan
2-Justin Munden
3-Guillaume Doucet
4-Tyler Whitehead
5- François Champagne
Magnan Munden and Doucet should all be back. Whitehead should be able to find a taker for a mid round pick. Champagne has an outside chance of finding a spot.
Saint-John Sea Dogs
1-Charles Bergeron
2-Jean-Philippe Côté
3-Patrick Leask
4-Ryan Moore
5-Riley Whitlock
Bergeron and Cote are the only 2 likely to return. Leask Moore and whitlock are longshots to play in the Q next year. Look for them to add a forward and d-man as 20's for next year.
Shawinigan Cataractes
1- Pierre-Marc Guilbeault
2- Danick Bouchard
3- Éric Bégin
4-Justin Vienneau
5- Steve Bellefleur
6-Jan Danecek
7-Alex Bourret **
8-Tristan Manson
9-Mathieu Pétrin
10-Julien Ellis **
Guilbault Bouchard Begin Bellefleur should all be in the Q next year somewhere. Ellis and Vienneau could be back if they don't sign pro contracts. Danecek could be back as a Euro/20. Bourret is likely headed pro. Manson and Petrin are longshots at best.
St-John’s Fog Devils
1-Luke Gallant
2-Nicolas Bachand
3-Zach Firlotte
4-Anthony Pototschnik
5-Oscar Sundh **
Gallant Bachand and Firlotte are locks to play at 20. Sundh would get the 4th spot if he returns, if not look for them to trade for a 20 year old forward. Pototschnik is unlikely to play in the Q next year.
Val D’Or Foreurs
1-Sébastien Bisaillon
2-Patrick Bordeleau
3-Philippe Roberge
4-Érick Tremblay
5-Olivier Latendresse **
Bisaillon is a lock to return. Bordeleau has a chance at going pro. Roberge will play in the Q, probably elwhere with Nadeau and D'orsso in VD. Tremblay is a longshot. Look for VD to add a 20 forward.
Victoriaville Tigres
1-Alexandre Imbeault
2-Benoit Doucet
3-Billy Bezeau
All 3 likely to be back, solid group.
Edit:
Signed 20 year olds...Cormier and Yandle have signed with Phoenix and Lascek with Tampa Bay making either very unlikely to play in the Q next year. Latendresse was already signed with Phoenix. Pohl and Pineault signed with Columbus. Lacasse signed with Montreal. Krejci and Karsums signed with Boston. Cabana signed with Philadelphia. Goulet signed with Edmonton. Radulov is signed by Nashville. Sundh signed a contract to play in Sweden. Ellis signed with Vancouver.

Late birthdays that don't need to be signed June 1, but could sign in the summer...Zagrapan Vincent Duchesne M.Aubin Lavallee-Smotherman
