This one should be a beauty. If the Cats play like they did on Monday they should be in great shape. Quebec is very very dangerous in a 1 game showdown type set up and the WC players and coaches aknowledged it in the paper today.
With the way the 2nd(Goulet-Eagles-Marchand) and 4th(Morehouse-Spencer-Marquardt) lines played, the Cats can up the tempo and force Quebec to play more than 2 lines. They need to forecheck hard and get some pucks on Desjardins, he's been shaky at times during the tournament(despite Patrick nitpicking at other teams' goalies).
I was afraid the WC would be a tad overconfident, being 2-0 and having just beaten Quebec in the final, but with Roy's declarations in the paper the last few days, I'm sure the Cats won't be lacking motivation.

Just under 7 hours til the puck drops. I feel like tufguy's avatar. I think its going to be an extremely physical game. The Remparts are going to want to avenge the Pres Cup loss but I really think the guys are going to be pumped up for this tilt. This is going to be the most entertaining game of the round Robin In my opinion. Not taking anything away from Van, or Peterborough but we just don't like each other. Go cats go and hope an errant puck smacks Saint Patty in "la bouche"

Maybe someone should return Roy the beer that was spilled on Nolan in Quebec!!!
Not to suggest that we lower ourselves to their level, but one good turn..........
Patquit Roy is a jerk.

So somebody who sits behind the visiting bench, can you ask Patrick when he plans on quitting the Remparts like he did the Habs.

Better yet - if Moncton gets up by a couple goals, can someone behind the bench ask Patrick if he's going to leave his goalie out to dry (a la Patricks last Habs game)
"December 2, 1995 was a particularly bad night for Roy. Playing against the Detroit Red Wings, Roy allowed nine goals on 26 shots. The demanding Forum fans jeered him when he made an easy save and Roy raised his hands in mock celebration. When he was finally, mercifully, pulled, Roy stormed past his coach and confronted team president Ronald Corey."

Someone should slip clips of Roy's last Habs game on the big screen tonight, so national fans can see what an ass he is when games aren't televised.

How about..."Hey Patrick, how's the wife beating coming along?" or "Hey Patrick, how did you make out with those sexual assult charges?" or "Hey Patrick, good job letting Girard go for free, he got us Bourdon"

How about..."Hey Patrick, how's the wife beating coming along?" Now that's just tacky Billy. You should be ashamed of yourself. You didn't see me post about how when I passed him and his wife at the game the other night I wanted to tell him how attractive she is once the swelling has gone down. I didn't say it and I sure wouldn't post it. That's the kind of posting that just gets you into trouble with the more sensitive, politically correct posters on here.

Patrick Roy has never been too concerned about political correctness, so I won't be about him.

If you really want to get at a guy like Patrick start shouting, "Who's that guy beside Laperierre?"
The only downside is Patrick could fire him because he's taking a little attention away from his highness.
