WTF was that "victory" lap for?? Jesus christ!! Now we're definately doomed... I think this rates above the Bernier jersey lowering a few years past.
Whose bright idea was it to have them all come out?? Ugh, I sometimes think we have the most inept marketing people available.
I'm actually very irratated by the whole thing...

Obviously the marketing team isn't superstitous. I can't believe they would do that. The least they could do is wait until the streak is over before they acknowledge it.

Calm down guys, the players just wanted to thank their fans. It was very classy and there's nothing wrong with it. I enjoyed it and I'd like to thank the players for the great entertaining hockey they're giving us. Besides it won't be a curse because we're playing Rimouski and St-John's next ;D

I don't think the players will want to skate around and celebrate AFTER they lose! They have to lose for the streak to end. We don' t want that. I thought it was nice!

That was a lot less irritating than watching Spencer having to beg Nolan for permission to fight. He didn't beg he asked. It's called discipline. Nope. Discipline is when you, as a coach, teach your fighter when he absolutely is not allowed to fight. The rest should be left to his good judgment. To have him have to circle back to the bench to get permission is begging. Spencer is not a loose canon, if fact, I've never seen a better candidate to be allowed to choose his battles.

Last year, when the London knights beat the CHL record for consecutive wins, they did the whole celebration and team picture thing. It never hurt them. I know we only beat the team record but it's the same principle.

It was awesome, and they deserved the standing ovation for this, any other win after this is a bonus!
Congrats boys!!!!
Some people will bitch about anything, be thankful they're not beating the consecutive losing streak.
