First off hope all had a good Christmas and ready for the second half of the season. Now for topic about Pineault , hope he did have a chance to read report card in t&t. Don't know why he is upset about not being invited to play for team USA. I have to say I am not surprised at all. Been watching his play from day one in Moncton and you would think he would get better with each game but I guess being drafted in NHL make you want to believe that you should be playing for your Country at a C-.

He has a no trade clause.
Does he have a no sit in the stands and watch the game clause? Let him sit for a few and see if he wanto to play here, to his ability, or somewhere else at the level he is playing now.
He is capable of so much more.

Pineault will be Nolan's biggest challenge/project second half. We've got to find a way to get him some clean shots on net. Nolan's got to find a way to break his tendency to go out for a skate and return to the bench, without making something happen, either offensively or physically. He's virtually invisible most of the time. He's too good a hockey player to continue in this fashion.

The guy spends most of his seasons in the stands anyway, what will that accomplish. I guess this time he'd be healthy but next to Karsums he has to be the player with the most games missed. He appears not to care out there. The first three games of the season I remmeber commenting that he looked like he would dominate with Goulet and Dupuis but has never been the same, juggling between 2nd and 3rd lines. He needs the fire lit under his ass. C- well deserved...
