Does anyone really think Moore has a hope in hell against the heavyweight champ? Ok.. he is crazy yadayadayada..but Cormier takes things to the next level. I really think Spencer would have a better chance with Cormier as he matches up better for size and strength.

Morehouse and Cormier all the way!!!! LOL Funny thing is I think Morehouse wouldn't turn him down either, he wouldn't win but I bet he'd fight him!
LOL
But in all seriousness, Spencer has a better shot against Cormier in my opinion

in all do respect as crazy as moore can get himself to be he could have a shot at him but, we may not see him for awhile with the throat slash gesture he made at the lewiston bench yesterday.

Cody Doucette - 6' 0" 203 pounds Taylor Moore - 6'1" 200 pounds I wouldn't write Moore off quite so quickly. Like Billy said, Cody dropped Cormier last year. Even if he doesn't win, he's willing to have a go at Cormier....how many others can say that? I see Cody is playing for the Florida Everblades in the ECHL. I'm glad to see he found a place to play.

Spencer would go with him also and Moorehouse will drop glove also even if he got beat just to prove he is not afraid . Big Deal Moorehouse loses a fight to Cormier ,what if Moorehouse connects first punch while Cormier looses balance and falls down how does it look on him being the tough guy.Never know.

Between Moore, Spencer, and Morehouse, I wouldn't be surprised if our strategy is to try and get Cormier out of the game early with two fights ... Moore will have his staged fight early on and likely get creamed, after which he will either seek a rematch and get himself and Cormier tossed (no loss for us..), or else a guy like Morehouse will make himself the sacrificial lamb to take Cormier out of the game... for some reason Spencer doesn't seem too interested in fighting lately, maybe he is nursing an injury from a pre-season scrap??

It would have been a helluva fight, if Scoty English could have had a go at Cormier, not saying he would have won, but it woulds have been one helluva fight.

We haven't heard much of Cormier this season (other than scoring ) Is he fighting at all? Are people declining (like they were Tremblay a few years back) or is he offering less often? Maybe someone will take advantage if he is rusty

Moore and Doucette may be the same size, but Cody had way more fighting syle than Moore has shown so far, and some boxing experience, on the other hand more is more of a street bralwer type on the ice and will probably go wild on Cormier, might work too, LOL

Yeah, I don't think Moore is that great a fighter at all, and likely Spencer would give us a better shot at beating Cormier, but I think he's likely lose too (in a close one). The point of Moore which I like is that he's crazy, and everyone is starting to learn that. Plus, he absolutely pisses other teams off with his antics. I don';t necessarily agree with those type of antics, but it does get under other teams skin and if it gets them just a little bit off their game, then it's worth it. For the couple of minutes a game we have to deal with it, it's fine.
