WOOHOO!!Nolan is the MAN!We're gonna win the Memorial Cup in a cake walk.I bet Samson gets 280 points this year.Marchand should be good for 70 goals(scored tonight so he's already on a goal-a-game pace).Blanchard is gonna have a GAA of 1.0 and a Save % of .950 Just wait until Marquardt and Graham get back-we'll have 2 more 50 goal guys. I doubt we even lose 10 games all year with this crew.(if anybody really needs me to insert the rolly-eyes icon here,I can do so later). MemCupDoorMats:This post was just for you.....

On a positive note, it was good to see them get a good game under their belts.
The forwards, minus 5 guys in NHL camps, generated a lot of pressure with speed and hard work. The defense looked very mobile and moved the puck very well and gave up very few odd man rushes...plus Blanchard made the stops when he had to. Taking out some of the guys that didn't belong increased the calibre of play by quite a bit from when I last saw them play.

I agree with Billy to a certain extent, but Lewiston certainly didn't ice much for competition.

No doubt...I wanted to add that at the bottom of my post...Fullerton was left to himself on more than one occasion. Lewy was without Aubin Roach Legault Denny and probably Paiement(unless he signs). Cats were minus Yandle Goulet Graham Pineault Karsums Marquardt .

Yeah against Bathurst, that beat them 4 to 0. Our first game in Bathurst this Friday night should be interesting. Hopefully most of our first 2 lines will be back from NHL camp and ready to play.

They also only dressed 16 guys against Bathurst on saturday ... not sure why as it would have been smart to hold onto a few guys while NHL prospects were away ... everybody else does.
