if he's cut from maj, he is not obligated to play jr a in the east, without going into detail, there are other plans. There's always Curlin

There's always Curlin I think bayboy means he will try his hand in another Jr A league out west; or perhaps attend university... to me it is a longshot that he plays for the Beavers - 20 year olds out of major junior who end up in Jr A usually earn a fair amount of money ... and the Beavers are known to operate on a shoestring - when was the last time they brought in a 20 year old with major junior experience? To me, the only way he plays with the Beavers is if for some reason he really wants to stay in Moncton (i.e. girlfriend, school, etc..). He may re-think the MJAHL option if his rights were held by a team with deeper pockets, like Yarmouth, or Miramichi, etc..

exactly jimmy, he's just registered for university course, he'll work at it throughout the year.
obviousely if he was cut at Xmas as opposed to now would make a big impact on what his decisions might be,
Come jan if he's cut, making a deal with the beavers might be the answer, my comments referred to now, when he had a full season head of him.
however for now his body, heart and soul is wildcat, he lives and breathes it.

He's probably perfect for University Style.
