Tim Spencer and Taylor Moore have both signed contracts with the Wildcats and will be on this year's team. This should be announced in tomorrow's T&T but I thought I'd bring it up first. And also expect to hear of the signing of Matt Marquardt. One more signing could come later on this week, possibly Calitri (spelling?).

From hockeyscene.com:
Two 19 year-old Western Canadian junior A players, Taylor Moore and Tim Spencer, have impressed Moncton Wildcats Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Ted Nolan and his team sufficently that they have been signed for the coming season. "They will both start the year with us", Nolan said. "We expect to sign a couple of more tomorrow. We have a couple thinking over NCAA offers. We will know tomorrow." "If we get the ones we want they could change the face of the team." One of those Nolan is waiting on is winger Matt Marquardt, an 18-year-old left winger. He managed 41 points, including 19 goals, in 56 games last season as a rookie for the Brockville Braves of the Central Junior A Hockey League in Ontario. He had 80 penalty minutes. "We knew he was good when we invited him to camp but didn't know how good. We are very, very pleased with what we have seen. He is a big winger who can score goals. He is a power forward. Spencer has been great too, but in a different way. We can't have all the same. We have to have balance, guys with different strengths", Nolan said. The Wildcats have 10 invited free agents in camp. "If we can find three or four from the invitees then it is all worthwhile", Nolan said. "We decided to invite as many as we could in hopes of getting some good players that would not cost us anything in the way of players or draft choices. I think we did okay. We knew the potential was there
