Deer suggested on the Moose board to have a unique East division board with sub-boards for each team in order to inject life in the boards. Score suggested the following model: qmjhleast.proboards81.com/index.cgiWhat do you think? IMO, it could be a good idea with the interaction between the fans from various teams. There could also be some problems with the moderation and admini duties. It would make it easier for some board activities like pools, etc.

IMO, it's definitly something to think about......but all the teams need to agree to it for it to work...which I don't see happening. If it did come to that agreement, each team would have their local Mods......im sure the same ones as now. Each board would be controlled the way it is now, only have them all in one location. Each team could still have their logos/menus on their page obviously....to make it their own. It could work........or it could be a total flop. ;D

I think it's a great idea. Radoter works for the West teams and it would be god to be able to go to one spot instead of changing the sites to see whats up on the other boards. I am all up for it.

Bathurst will say no... it'll somehow affect their attendance.

Good one Milo. I have a suggestion for a logo. It would be a cloud of dust like in a huge cartoon fight with fists and feet sticking out with the 8 logos inside. I would design it but I ain't no artist. Something like this but with the logos of the teams instead of the stars and musical notes: www.culturalhrc.ca/amyc/Media/05/05-01-01_fight_cloud.jpg

Radoter contains almost only junk posting. There cannot be a single topic without bashing etc .... i dont see it working

Radoter contains almost only junk posting. There cannot be a single topic without bashing etc .... i dont see it working There are differences: 1st - There is only one board, here we would have a bunch of sub-boards. 2nd - Because there is only one board and there is a lot of people reading all of them, when a topic gets heated, the debates are hard to follow because too many are involved often because of the arogant Quebec fans who flood almost every topic. 3rd - They try to run the board in a democratic way with a bunch of rules that are often not enforced by the mods. Half of the topics are people complaining about how the board works and the quality of the topics. Most boards in the maritime are self-policed and although they all had problems here and there, I've never seen one of them come as annoying to read as Radoter.

Nice.....but the "web boards" link above does basically the same thing! The web boards links above may get you to the other boards, but you have to sign into them and have a sign in name and password for each of them........what I like about the new system, is you have one membership for all 8 Maritime boards.....one name, one password...sign in for one and you're signed into all of em........

I really like that idea. I like to surf around & look what's up on the other teams boards, but I don't sign up on all them, because I don't think I will post enough to even bother. But the idea of having one sign-in name/password for all 8 sounds great to me. I like this idea a lot.

You know its great if you want to talk intelligently about the Q and your team with other teams fans, but sometimes I like to gloat or vent (mostly about Halifax and I think this is going to be a bad year). I am not usually happy when other teams fans come into our area just to piss us off. If you put us all together then I see the cross pollinating AHes just ruining it and then what are you left with? For the few that need to develop multiple names for different sites its a small price to pay.
Sorry I know that some of you really want this. I can live with it if it does go that way however.
