So, I was WRONG. I couldn't find a link. Big deal. Your original question wasn't who or what was moved for the Oceanic to pick back to back but how. So my answer that Logic would suggest a trade was in deed RIGHT Sorry forgot to answer your original question and that wasn't an effort to change the subject just a response to the previous poster OK ... now can you write up a post that lists all of the deals that took place in the 1st round for teams to juggle drafting positions ? I'll give you an hour for that one as it is a little more work ... gives you time to get some lunch too ... lets say 1:10 PM for an answer. Well the deadline has past ... no trade summary at all ... this guy has been shown to be nothing but talk ... no action at all ... he can be critical but cannot do anything else worthwhile. Looking like an IDIOT yet again.

2nd round over now. i'm wondering if the cats will snag tessier the hometown boy with their first pick and try to 'convince' him to come over. EDIT: nevermind..... Randy Cameron (Winger). i have no idea who that is lol He played for Summerside of the MJAHL. I'm sort of "worried" of this pick. He put up big numbers this year, but mostly because of his linemates. Played with Jordan Knox (MVP in Canada I believe) and Darcy Tuplin. And what is the story on Knox ? He was 18 (1987 born) last year putting up those numbers ... a Summerside boy ... why isn't he playing in the Q and why isn't he even on anybody's protected list ? I'm guessing its his 5'7" height ? Girard was 5'6".

Time Will Tell!

Nobody owns him it seems ... he is small but his numbers would suggest he can play at a higher level.

Not positive though.

I thought he was heading the school route though.. Maybe not. Pretty sure I saw someone on here say he was going the school route as well. I sure hope that has changed as we didn't need to be wasting a 5th round pick when we have very few picks to begin with.

I thought this year's draft was supposed to be cut to 12 rounds ? They cut the protected list to 50 names ... the draft update sheet is showing 15 rounds.
