Definately Karsums first. Marchand has the wheels and the move but he is only 18. I don't think he's ready physically or mentally. I wish him the best of luck and I hope he can make it but I seriously doubt it.

Let see how he does at the world jr. camp. I think he is thinking way to far ahead of himself. To have his mind set on making the Bruins he in for a big let down. Its not going to happen this Year Marchand so don't get to hyped on making the team.

I really don't know what Marchand is thinking. Does he really think he going to make the Bruins. Sure he has a chance but its not his time yet. Did you see Karsums make it at 18 or 19 with the Bruins so what make him think he going to make it at 18. Also I have a hard time beleiving that the bruins will say hey don't report to VD go play where you want. He will end up there if he play on playing in the Bruins system down the road. Then VD can figure out if they will keep him there or trade him.

I think the dressing room atmosphere is going to be poison while he is there.
The french players on the team will treat him like the plague

Those who recall his first camp in Moncton may recall that he was VERY sure of himself that he would make the team, even though it seemed like there was almost no room for any newcomers and competition for the remaining spots would be close. You could almost say that he took the spot of an incumbant player. He outplayed Bobby Mazzerolle in camp and that REALLY opened up room for Marchand on the roster. Not saying he WILL make the Bruins or anything, but knowing a bit about his past, he very well COULD think that he could make the Bruins. Of course you didn't see Karsums make the Bruins at 18... at the time of that training camp, Karsums was still getting the hang of WALKING again, let alone skating. Remember that "three week long" ankle injury? As for Karsums at 19...well, he's technically 19 now, so we haven't seen Karsums make the Bruins at 19 because he hasn't had the chance to do that yet. I will remind you however, that there were some knowledgable hockey folk both on and off this board stating that Karsums probably would've AT LEAST gotten a good long look from the Bruins last year at camp (if not a trial run with the big club) had he been healthy enough. I have a hard time believing you're still going on about this subject. We know how you feel... personally, I don't care. After you read the same thing about ten times from the same person, it gets rather redundant. I love watching "fans" turn their backs on players once they have left their own teams.

Almost everybody outplayed Mazerrolle in that camp - including Billy's grandmother!

Two words for you...... Patrice Bergeron. I agree ... Marchand could bump Bergeron as he isn't much better than Bobby Mazerolle.
