First Nolan said he would be more then Happy to return to the Wildcats and wasn't looking for a job in the NHL. Less then a week later he signed to coach the NyIslanders.
Now Flynn was to be named the new coach on Saturday according to a few insiders and less then 6 hours later he has bailed on Irving as well.
So who do the posters on this board see as the third choice and when will it happen. Who is going to be at the draft table tomorrow?

So who do the posters on this board see as the third choice and when will it happen. Who is going to be at the draft table tomorrow? I don't think Nolan ever said he wouldn't take a job in the NHL if one presented itself. The Islanders contacted him the day after the Memorial Cup final. If that or any other NHL job didn't present itself to Ted, I'm sure he would be in Moncton next year. As for Flynn, he was only on a 1 year leave of absence from his job at St.FX. With his family still living in New Glasgow, I'm sure that played a part in his decision as well. As far as who will be at the draft table, it will be both Nolan and Flynn, among others, as they are under contract until the end of June and agreed to stay.
