Patrice Cormier of Cape Pele, NB, who is ranked second for Saturday's Quebec Major Junior Hockey League draft was a no-show Friday when the first round prospects were introduced to the media and public.

Did Patrice show up at all? Yup. He was there today and went up on stage when Rimouski drafted him. While he was being interviewed afterwards, he said something like "...if I decide to report.....". His English isn't the best, so it is possible that it was just a slip of the tongue, but time will tell.

Actually not sure if he is eligble anymore for NCAA because I think that NCAA players are not allowed to have agents and I think COrmier does have an agent

I'm not 100% sure of that rule either, I know the rule used to be there but it may have changed over the years
