The Cats better not split the two first games in Moncton because the next 3 will be in Gatineau where it is extremely hard to beat the Olympics in the playoffs. Your team could lose that series 4-1 so quick! I still predicted Moncton in 6 but don't expect it shorter than that! Gatineau will minimum win 2 games at home. hmm... didn't know the schedule got leaked to you... depending on Coliseum availability Moncton may start this series in Gatineau. Still worse...3 games in Gatieneau to start

Quebec/Bathurst - Quebec in 6 (though some might disagree)
Quebec gets the edge on paper (some might disagree) and it will in all likelihood play out as such on the ice (some might disagree).
Another factor that almost noone talks about in relation to Quebec is in nets. Cederic Desjardins has quite a bit of big game experience... that could play a factor as well, in spite of the play of Joyal/Bouthillette (some might disagree). Going in, he should be better prepared for any pressure situations (some might disagree).
Moncton/Gatineau - Moncton in 6
Did someone here pick Moncton in 4? I have a hard time believing a team that had to go 5 against Victo and 5 against Halifax will all of a sudden sweep a much tougher, harder working and better coached Gatineau team. Not saying it WON'T happen, but I'd be shocked if it did.
Anyway, Moncton gets the edge in skill... but in the end this series will go to whoever works the hardest. Gatineau has experience on their side, they have a number of players who have been deep into the playoffs once or twice before and both coaches are very good at getting the most from their players.
Depth will be what saves Moncton.. much like it helped end the Halifax series as early as it did. Gatineau shut down Chicoutimi's top line... no reason why they will not do the same to Moncton's.

I know the Titan are playing very well ... but judging by the Quebec team we saw come in here one sunday afternoon ... and judging by the Titan team that we have played against 8 times this year ... I don't see Bathurst winning this series. However ... can Quebec play that high end style for an entire series ? Hard to say ... I'm not sure if Roy stresses high end conditioning.
I know the Titan fans will say that we never saw the Titan that Chabot has developed now ... and perhaps we have not. But they also haven't played a high end offensive team yet in these playoffs and so this series will be very different than PEI or CB ... two lower scoring teams.

Bathurst in 6 Moncton in 6. My brother planned his wedding in the middle of the final round. I have been predicting the Titan in the final since the date was set.
