Moncton over Halifax in 6 - Like the Moosehead's last series, it could really go 4, 5 OR 6... but it really depends on the play of the Moose... not to mention our goaltending situation as of late. The Cats should win this series on skill alone, despite the play of Tordjman... but if he is to step it up, now is the time... not in a hypothetical Round 3 matchup. Me saying it will go six is based mainly on Halifax's inspired play in the first round, as well as a questionable Tordjman. I would like to see this series over as soon as possible, though. Cape Breton over Bathurst in 7 - The Titan are a talented group... but more often than not, Pavelic has been lights out for the Eagles... I mean, he won all those awards last night, so he HAS to be good, right? There will be a plethora of one goal games in this series and because of that, goaltending will make the biggest differance, IMO. Also, the Eagles just won three straight on the rock... which I don't think ANYBODY would've predicted... they are probably pretty fired up now. Quebec over Shawinigan in 6 - There will be a couple of blowouts for the Remps in this one, IMO. Shawinigan will scratch out a couple of victories on the backs of Bourret and Mondou, and they might even steal one of the first two in Quebec after unexpectedly taking out the Huskies so quickly, but that will be it. Chicoutimi over Gatineau in 5 - The Sags are on a roll, winners of 12 or 13 straight dating back to early March... and if Gatineau hadn't almost blown that 3-0 series lead to Drummondville and wrapped the series up quickly and more efficiantly, I would be willing to give Gatineau an extra game in there. However... Benoit Groulx is a guy that can get maximium mileage out of his players... so MAYBE they can take this series to 6.... and an even BIGGER maybe for a Game 7... but IMO, that would take a huge drop off in play by the Sags and I don't see that happening.

Me saying it will go six is based mainly on Halifax's inspired play in the first round, as well as a questionable Tordjman. Bullshit ... its based on the fact that you have to sleep with a Moose fan.
